Delivery coverage

Rozest ships only to the countries and regions shown as available for the relevant product at checkout. Product and destination availability can vary. We do not deliver to remote or isolated areas, and we may decline or cancel an order when a carrier cannot reasonably serve the delivery address.

Free shipping and shipping charges

Standard shipping is free for eligible products and destinations. Eligibility is identified on the product page or at checkout. There is no general cart-value threshold for free shipping unless a product page or checkout page expressly states one. Some products have a shipping charge because of their size, weight, handling requirements, or destination; the applicable charge is shown before you place the order.

Order processing and delivery

Orders are normally processed and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days after payment is authorized. Delivery time depends on the destination, carrier, customs processing, and seasonal demand. Where tracking is available, we send tracking details after dispatch.

Import duties, taxes, and delivery exceptions

Where import duties or import taxes apply to the delivery route, they are handled by our logistics provider. Customers are not required to pay import duties or import taxes at checkout or upon delivery. This does not affect any information or cooperation that a customer may reasonably need to provide for customs clearance.

Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address. If a parcel is lost after dispatch, please contact us. We will investigate with the carrier and, if the carrier confirms the loss, offer a replacement where stock is available or an appropriate refund. If a parcel is held, returned, or cannot be delivered because of an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, failure to provide required customs information, or a local delivery restriction not caused by us, we will contact you with the available resolution options. If the issue was caused by our error, we will arrange a suitable replacement or refund.
